Will my credit card details be secure with artgalleriesdirect.com?

Credit card transactions are handled using secure 1024 bit encryption. Once you have decided to purchase, you will be directed to our secure server to fill in your credit card details and returned back to our website when the transaction is complete. No credit card details are kept on the artgalleriesdirect.com website.

Which methods of payment will you artgalleriesdirect.com accept ?

For UK customers we accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta and Switch. We also accept Paypal and personal cheques

For International Customers we only accept PayPal or Telex Transfer.

All payments must be made in pounds sterling.

What should I do if I want to pay by Cheque?

UK customers can pay by cheque, simply print off an order form and send it complete with your cheque made out to Art Galleries Direct and sent to Art Galleries Direct, Unit 5, Chevron Business Park, Hythe, Southampton, SO45 2QL.

You should allow seven days for your cheque to clear.

How much do you charge for delivery?

3-5 day delivery to UK mainland is free,
with Saturday delivery being £30.00

How quickly will I receive my order?

All UK deliveries will be within 3-5 days subject to clearance of payments.

There is no facility for overseas shipping.

What happens if I decide to return goods to you?

If for any reason the painting you order from Art Galleries Direct does not meet your expectations, please notify us within 7 days of delivery of your intention to return the item. You may then return it to us, in original undamaged condition within 14 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund of the purchase price.

To enable us to sell to you at such favourable prices Art Galleries Direct do not operate any retail facilities. However, collection from our storage facility in Southampton is possible by prior arrangement. Please call us on 023 8089 3338 to arrange a convenient time and date.
