If you’re unhappy with your painting for any reason, simply send it back and choose another one.

  1. Offer is limited to one exchange per customer
  2. If there is a difference in price between the original painting and the replacement, Art Galleries Direct will refund or surcharge the difference.
  3. In the event that the original painting or replacement is a discounted item, Art Galleries Direct will exchange only. No refund will be made.
  4. Paintings returned with 14 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund of purchase price.
  5. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
