Payment

You can pay by credit card, debit card or cheque.

We will only deliver when we have received payment in full for the merchandise.

If payment has not been received within 7 working days of the order being placed the order will be cancelled.

Payment includes shipping, packaging, delivery insurance, and VAT on UK sales

Payments are only accepted in pound sterling.

Availability

All artwork is subject to availability and is sold on a first come first served basis.

In the event that we discover a painting is damaged prior to despatch, we will notify you immediately and issue an immediate refund.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. In this event a full refund will be issued immediately.

Delivery

All paintings will be delivered to the address supplied by you on the checkout form in the website or on the order form accompanying a cheque.

If you refuse to take delivery of the artwork for any reason other than evident damage, any expenses incurred by the seller for delivery and return of the item will be deducted from any refund issued.


Cancellations / Returns

You may return any painting for any reason within 14 working days of delivery for a full refund. If an order is canceled the buyer must notify the seller of their intention to cancel by email or in writing, within the 7 day period and must also return the artwork to the seller within 14 days of delivery

You are responsible for ensuring item is sufficiently re-packaged to avoid damage in transit.

You must return items in their original condition in order to obtain a refund.

Refund will only be made once the items have been checked & determined to be in their original and re sellable condition by the seller

Damaged Goods / Insurance Claims

If you discover damage to the painting, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can arrange a free collection from you.

We will not pay for any third party delivery/collection charges.

You must include the original packaging materials with the artwork when returning any damaged goods

Copyright

The copyright for all paintings remains with the artist; the buyer is purchasing the original NOT the right to produce prints for publication. If publication rights are required the buyer should email the seller for prices and terms and the seller will make the required arrangements with the artist in question.

Miscellaneous

The seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your consumer statutory rights.
